DOROTHY MARION CHAYKOWSKI Peacefully on November 28, 2004 Dorothy passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 72 years. Dorothy is survived by her children, Linda (Ron), Pat (Jack), Barry (Debbie), Randy (Laurel) and Tim (Wendy) grand-children, Rhonda (Geoff), Deanna (Glen), Tara (Bato), Melissa (Brian), Jamie, Ian, Carlene, Carrie, Cory, Justin and Sarah; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Robert, Austin, Jayden, Brooke and Kendra; sister-in-law Elsie and niece and nephews. Also left to cherish her memory are special friends, Barrie and Michelle of Winnipeg. She was predeceased by husband Edward Chaykowski in 1981 and companion Danny Buckovec in 2003, her mother Marion and father Otto Doern and sister Shirley Chucko in 2004. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 2 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment will follow in the family plot at Brookside Cemetery. A Mother Holds her childrens hands For just a little while But holds their hearts forever... Thank you Mom for giving us life, giving us love, your constant support and encouragement, your strength and wisdom. We will always remember your comfort and devotion to each of us. We will cherish the memory of your beautiful smile and your sweet laughter; the special times we shared and most recently the family bond that kept us strong.   • Its been 11 years since you passed and a there's not a day that doesn't go on where I don't think about you. You will forever be in my heart. I will always remember the good times that were shared, your famous cabbage rolls and all the times you came to my house and made cookies for me and my neighbours. I will always remember Danny sitting in the chair eating soup from the pot, or having spaghetti eating competitions. Or when he constantly sang "You are my sunshine my only sunshine".
